Our training classes.

Training classes assist our dancers in their styles classes. They help improve flexibility, balance and control - while providing extra skills training, improved strength and conditioning.

Flexi Stretch

Part of a unique conditioning program for dancers, assisting them - through use of resistance straps - to increase their strength and flexibility. We also include balance equipment to improve control and strength. This is a total conditioning program for dancers to complement their dance classes.

Strength + Technique

The KRS strength and technique class is designed to help dancers build strength and flexibility for dance. Instructors also focus on refining fundamental movements and fostering body awareness to enhance overall performance quality.

Advanced Skills Training

Our teachers are available for private lessons to assist with extra training, solo work and exam preparation. Private lessons offer personalised attention, allowing dancers to refine specific techniques, address individual challenges, and achieve their performance goals with expert guidance.

Progressions

The KRS Progressions class is where dancers can learn skills such as jumps, turns and extensions to complement their dance training for various styles.
Instructors tailor exercises to individual skill levels, providing personalized guidance to ensure dancers master techniques effectively and confidently.

Mat + Tumble

KRS Mat and Tumble classes and Acro classes are where dancers can learn skills, tricks, tumbles, cartwheels, contemporary tricks, and partnering - safely and in a specific class with trained teachers and equipment.
