Strength, Stretch + Progressions Classes.

Strength and stretch classes are dance specific conditioning classes, providing strength, core training, flexibility, balance, hip and extension training for dancers. Progressions class teaches dance skills, turns, jumps, kicks, progression training (linking and travelling skills) also explores floor work, mat work and combos.

Flexistretch + Technique

Our Flexi Stretch Classes are part of a unique conditioning program for dancers, assisting them - through use of resistance straps - to increase their strength and flexibility. We also include balance equipment to improve control and strength. This is a total conditioning program for dancers to complement their dance classes.

KRS Progressions Class

The KRS Progressions class is where dancers can learn skills such as jumps, turns and extensions to complement their dance training for various styles Acro classes are where dancers can learn skills, tricks, tumbles, cartwheels, contemporary tricks, and partnering - safely and in a specific class with trained teachers and equipment.

Pilates + Conditioning for Dance

Improve flexibility, coordination, control and strength. For dancers, it is the perfect conditioning class that can be specifically tailored to create functional exercises relevant for dance. Pilates training can be used as a tool to develop body awareness and control, to in turn,
reduce risk of injury.
